The space
Casa Elena is a contemporary cosy accommodation featuring a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area, an additional separate kitchenette, two modern bathrooms with shower, two spacious bedrooms both with Smart TV and USB bed lamps. One bedroom has a baby travel bed and a lake view balcony with a small table and two chairs.
The main kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, and an electric coffee machine.
The apartment has is a split cooling system for the summer period with the heat pump function for the winter.
Guests may enjoy outdoor spaces with a small balcony complete with a table and two chairs. The apartment provides a picturesque view of the Mezzola Lake and the majestic Alps from every window.

Our apartment is located on the second floor of a typical lake stone house, where only one family lives . There is parking in front of the house or there are several free public parking spaces nearby.
Other things to note
★ Final cleaning of €80 to be paid upon check out.
★ Upon departure guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax (€2 per person per night +14 years old for a maximum of 7 nights).
★ We require a copy of ID or Passport on arrival (Italian law in order to register your stay). To speed up check in process we ask our guests to send them before arrival.
★ Please note that there is no lift.
