Nestled in a tranquil location, our home offers the perfect balance of comfort and tradition, with rustic charm and breathtaking views of surrounding mountains. Ideal for families of up to 5 guests, this cozy retreat is the perfect base to explore all that Lake Como has to offer.

The space
La Vecchia Fontana is on the first floor of a private house, designed in a traditional rustic style, with wooden beams, stone features and warm, inviting décor that creates a homely atmosphere.

The spacious living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, and the fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare family meals with ease.

The two comfortable bedrooms can accommodate up to 5 people, with the main bedroom featuring a cozy double bed and one single bed and air conditioning and the second room offering two single beds —ideal for children or friends. Both bedrooms have balconies with scenic views all around.

Outside, there is a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or relax with a book in the evening.

Downstairs you'll find a small piece of garden, with table and chairs and bbq available.

The quiet surroundings provide a true sense of escape while still being a short drive away from the main attractions of Lake Como, including picturesque towns like Bellano, Varenna, Bellagio, and Menaggio.

Guests have access to holiday home on first floor, garage on ground floor, private entrance with outdoor space.
The property is fully enclosed.

Other things to note
★ Air conditioning in the double bedroom.

★ Upon departure guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax (€1 per person per night +16 years old for a maximum of 15 nights).

★ We love animals and they are welcome, if you decide to bring your pet along, we charge an additional 50€ per pet per stay.

★ We require a copy of ID or Passport on arrival (Italian law in order to register your stay). To speed up check in process we ask our guests to send them before arrival.

★ For weekly stays there is an extra cost of €15 per day for heating.
