Located at 2 mins drive from the main road, 5 mins from the lake and the historic center, it lends itself perfectly to families as well as two couples thanks to the two separate bedrooms and spacious interiors.

The space
At Casa Neva guests can enjoy the fully bright equipped kitchen for all their cooking needs, this includes: fridge freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave and kettle and filter coffee machine.
This space includes a dining table with 4 chairs and a comfortable relax corner with sofa, smart tv and lake view window.

In between a living area with comfortable sofa, reading corner with a chair which converts into a single sofa bed for a 5th guest. The master bedroom features a King sized bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a big terrace which benefits from the same awe inspiring views as the lounge.

The second bedroom also with lake view has two single beds perfect for children but can easily convert into a double bed allowing up to 5 guests to stay in total comfort.
The bathroom is very spacious and features a shower and bath.

The terrace offers a place to dine alfresco but also is the ideal spot for a coffee to start the day.
The property is totally enclosed and has a small garden to the side where guests can enjoy unwind and relax.
We are animal lovers and pets are allowed.

Guest access
Casa Neva is located on the bottom floor of a private house where the friendly owner lives alone with her dog above (both apartments are separated and enclosed, only main gate in common). Guests will have full access to the apartment downstairs with terrace, garden at the side of the house, storage room at ground level with laundry room and possibility to store bikes. They will enjoy the surrounding land in the vicinity and the public footpaths close by leading to the main road and the lake front promenade.

Other things to note
We welcome dogs on the condition they are not left in the property unattended and any dog mess is cleaned up. There is an additional fee of £50.

There are stairs leading to the mai entrance.

There is a city tax that guests are expected to pay upon departure and the price is 1€ per person per night for the first 10 nights for stays from 1st April to 31st October; children under 14 yrs do not pay.
