The space
Nestled on the picturesque shores of Lake Como, at only 10 mins on foot from the lake and the beach this stunning private villa offers an idyllic retreat for families and friends seeking both relaxation and comfort.

Boasting three beautifully designed bedrooms and four modern bathrooms, this villa provides ample space and comfort for up to nine guests. Each room is elegantly furnished, blending contemporary style with classic Italian charm, ensuring a sophisticated yet cozy atmosphere.

The villa features an open-plan kitchen fully equipped and dining area, perfect for entertaining, as well as a cozy living room ideal for winding down after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.

On this floor there is a kids playroom with a comfortable sofa bed making it ideal for extra two guests and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

On the top floor there is a master bedroom with tv and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower;
one bedroom with two single beds, ensuite bathroom with shower and a mezzanine with an extra bed; one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a mezzanine with dedicated working space.

The highlight of this villa is its private pool, where guests can unwind in complete privacy while enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding lush mountain tops. The outdoor space is designed for ultimate relaxation, with a spacious terrace, comfortable alfresco dining area to enjoy meals under the stars.

The entire property has air conditioning and floor heating.

Guests have a private garage below enough to park to cars, plus more extra space outside.

In front of our villa children can enjoy the kids play area, with football goals, basket ball, swings and plenty of run around space!

Other things to note
★ There is a wall box for recharging electric cars available in the garage.

★ The pool is totally enclosed and has a gate making it safe for children.

★ Pets are welcome, if you decide to bring your pet along, we charge an additional 50€ per pet per stay.

★ We require a copy of ID or Passport on arrival (Italian law in order to register your stay). To speed up check in process we ask our guests to send them before arrival.

★ Upon departure guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax in cash (€1 per person per night +12 years old for a maximum of 14 nights).
