The apartment has a warm and relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of space to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. The private garden is reached by stairs from the apartment and offers a peaceful setting surrounded by greenery and mountain scenery.

The private garden is one of Casa Petra’s most special features. With its shaded pergola, large dining table and traditional stone barbecue, it’s made for slow breakfasts, long summer lunches, evening aperitivos and relaxed dinners outside. And when it’s time to cool off, the shared swimming pool is just moments away. Shared between only 8 apartments, it offers a lovely place to relax and enjoy sunny Lake Como days surrounded by mountain views.
✨ To notice:
Private garden is located below the apartment and is accessed via stairs. The additional sleeping area is on a mezzanine level reached by stairs. For safety reasons, we recommend the mezzanine for children aged 8 years and over. A safety gate is installed at the top of the stairs. The swimming pool is shared with the other apartments within the small residence.
✨ Booking Policy:
20% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 21 days before arrival.
The service charge includes: linen, towels and final cleaning.
Check in is from 4pm and check out is any time before 10.
✨ Cancelation Policy:
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 21 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
