Sleeping up to 4 guests, the apartment is ideal for a couple, or a couple with children.
Inside you’ll find:
A lake view bedroom with double bed and one single bed.
One full bathroom with shower and washing machine
Living room with a sofa bed (1,40m size) ideal for two children or one adult.
A kitchenette with oven – compact but with everything you need for cooking.

Sun Lake Apartment enjoys a fantastic lakefront location in Colico, just steps from the water and the lively village piazza. Everything you need for an easy and relaxing stay is within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, gelaterias, shops, supermarkets and the beautiful lakeside promenade. The ferry pier is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Lake Como by boat and visit destinations such as Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio. Colico train station is also within walking distance, with connections towards Milan, Lecco and other towns along the eastern side of the lake. Thanks to its central location, a car is not necessary for your stay. You can spend your days walking along the lakefront, relaxing on the nearby beaches, enjoying the piazza or setting off to discover the lake by ferry or train.

The remaining amount is to be paid 21 days before arrival.
The service charge includes: linen, towels and final cleaning.
Check in is from 4pm and check out is any time before 10.
✨ Cancelation Policy:
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 21 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
✨ Tourist taxes and conditions:
1€ per person per night (children under 16yrs do not pay) for the first 15 nights.
