Located on the third floor of a tradition lake stone house with no elevator, it offers a cozy atmosphere and breathtaking views from every window. Within walking distance you will find a sandy beach and direct access to the water for swimming.
From the main door of the building you go up three floors of traditional stone stairs and get to our apartment having a bright living area with a double sofa bed, kitchen area with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, filter coffee machine and capsule coffee machine (Nespresso Dolce Gusto), microwave, toaster. A bathroom with shower and washing machine is also available on this floor.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with sloping wooden beamed roof, queen bed, wardrobe, a/c unit and a spacious bathroom with cupboards, ironing board, iron, wc and sink.

In the village on the main road you can buy fresh bread at Amalia's village bakery selling freshly baked bread daily, and general supplies.
Nearby there is also an artisan butcher's, a bank with ATM, two caffé/bars, three restaurants offering a varied choice from pizza to fine-dining.
Children's playground by the lido, small harbour from where the local ferry departs, while private boat tours to Isola Comacina snd other locations depart from Piazza Matteotti.
Nearby Lenno (1.8 km) offers two supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bigger harbour with more frequent ferries and a weekly market on Tuesdays, plus a big selection of restaurants and cafés.
Walk to the harbor and further and discover lovely secluded corners with amazing views and beaches where you can swim in front of Isola Comacina.
