Located at 700m this is truly a place to relax, unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings. If you are looking to get away to somewhere truly special then we are sure you will love it here!For mountain lovers, nature lovers, hikers and whoever wants to get away from everything and everybody!
The Chalet set at 700m is very simple but well equipped, it has a pretty garden of around 70m overlooking the entire lake with sun beds and BBQ grill.
Indoor spaces: living area with table and chairs, a fireplace and a kitchen with an induction cooker on the ground floor (well equipped with coffee machine Nescaffè Dolce Aroma, toaster, microwave and all cooking utensils) and a bedroom on the first floor (access top floor by spiral staircase) with a double bed and a bunk bed. Balcony view lovely views. Bathroom with shower.There is a washing machine in the storage room downstairs (access from the garden). And a toilet with sink on the ground floor garden level. To reach the house you leave your car on the public parking at 50m away and follow a short path to the gate of the house.
Notice: ★ The drive up the hill is worth it for the spectacular views and peacefulness. The road is a normal mountain road, it's not steep but full of bends. Highly recommended for those who would like to hike the local mountains and head down to the lake for a day trip or two. It's the ideal place for mountain lovers and guests who are seeking for privacy and complete relaxation enjoying a beautiful natural setting overlooking Lake Como.We recommend doing groceries before you drive up the mountain, before arriving to destination.
★ The chalet hasn't got central heating. There is an electric heater for the first floor and there is a romantic fireplace and wood is available paying an of extra of 25 euro per stay.
★ Late check ins after 8 pm aren’t allowed.
★ Tourist tax to be paid locally.
