The house is situated 800 m uphill from the lake and from a nice beach in front of Isola Comacina (Lido di Ossuccio) and from the bus stop (line C10 from Como to Menaggio).
The nearest supermarket is at 1,5 km (SIGMA in Lenno).
The closest village is Lenno (1.5km) that has a beautiful lake front promenade and a selection of cafés and restaurants, ferry and Villa Balbianello (to book in advance).
In the neighborhood village of Sala Comacina you can get the Taxi boat to visit Isola Comacina.
