A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with two cozy bedrooms with wooden beamed roof and floor and a bathroom with shower.
Outside the front door a pretty porch with a small table and two chairs, while down stairs guests can enjoy al fresco meals under the pergola which is light up in the evening making it a perfect cosy spot for their summer evenings. They also have access to the private garden where they can find shaded and sunny sports throughout the day.
It's the perfect escape for couples, families or friends offering tranquility and traditional charm near Lake Como, with convenient access to beaches, hiking trails and historic sites.

NOTICE: Our home on two floors is located inside a small courtyard in the middle of two other houses.
The gate to access the house is in common with one of the houses. Once in the gate you have to cross the court yard and then enter the private gate of our home.
The front door is accessible through a stone staircase.
We have to inform you that there is often the neighbors' dog, a harmless, friendly, playful border collie, free in the courtyard that might come and greet you upon arrival. He is allowed to run around the courtyard and we cannot forbid the owner to let he run there, being the courtyard in common with our home. However he cannot get into our property (totally enclosed) .
