Indoors:
Top floor: Through the front door into a stylish living room with big leather sofa providing enough space for the whole family, smart TV with wi fi connection, window doors with endless views on the lake and the beautiful north Italian mountains.
On to the left a corridor leads to the master bedroom and the second bedroom with bunk bed and a single bed that turns into a double.
Both rooms have balconies with wonderful lake view and air conditioning.
Bottom floor: The cook’s dream kitchen: oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, huge fridge with ice maker, marble island opening on to dining room and passthrough to living room with large stone fireplace.
Bathrooms:
One full bathroom with brand new shower, toilet, bidet, sink unit with large mirror and plenty of cabinets. (bedroom floor)
On the ground floor there's a second bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink with shelves and cabinets.
Outdoors:
Large lake front balcony that runs along one side of the villa with table and chairs.
Highlight of the villa is a massive outdoor patio with full kitchen with fridge-freezer, sink, stove and oven, plus oven pizza and barbecue where guests can enjoy memorable alfresco meals.
Storage room with two washing machines (access from the patio) a freezer and a shower.
Outdoor lakefront heated jacuzzi available for our guests on request (check below the surcharge).

The access to the villa is located on the main road New Strada Regina (Nuova Strada Regina) , while the actual villa is located below.
A 2 mins drive will take you down to the old Strada Regina (Vecchia Strada Regina)where you will discover a pretty little lakeside village of Carate Urio, beautiful, so relaxing and so inspiring....go for a wander and find out your self..a place where stress doesn't exist!
To keep in mind: In Carate Urio like most villages on the lake doesn't have a pavement running along the whole length of the road.
