The house on one floor has a bedroom with double bed and single bed and the second bedroom has three single beds, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, separate living room, and plenty of outdoor space for the whole family. 

Guests can enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by lovely mountain views on the balcony, it's a the perfect spot for breakfast or dining outside.

The private garden is also for guests, there are also sun beds and at the rear there's a BBQ with cooking utensils, just ask the owner and he sort it out for you!

Guests occupy the ground floor while the floor above is often used by the owner as an office when he does his projecting works. However the two floors have separate entries and guests have the whole garden to theirselves.

We are at only 5 minutes away from Colico’s town centre on the renowned eastern coast of Lake Como. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the main square, the lake promenade, playground, the town centre and the 2 main beaches. There are some bakeries nearby and a few shops.

There's a big shopping center open 7/7 within a short drive (5 minutes).
